DP World has announced the unification of its Marine Services businesses under a single DP World brand, bringing together Unifeeder, P&O Ferrymasters and P&O Maritime Logistics.
The units will now operate as Shipping Solutions, Multimodal Solutions and Maritime Solutions respectively, with all legacy brands transitioning to the DP World identity across digital, physical and customer-facing channels in the coming months.
DP World said the move strengthens its shift beyond ports into integrated logistics, while leadership teams, infrastructure and operational capabilities remain unchanged.
Shipping Solutions operates a fleet of 150 vessels calling at more than 200 ports annually, while Multimodal Solutions oversees over 100 rail modalities, 14 inland terminals and multimodal transport networks across Europe and the UK.
Maritime Solutions manages more than 400 vessels globally, including specialised project cargo ships, and provides pilotage and towage services.

DP World said the alignment reinforces its ambition to make trade flow through fully integrated, multimodal connectivity.
