France-based offshore services provider Jifmar Group has entered into a strategic partnership with maritime technology firm Seavium to deploy digital and artificial intelligence (AI) tools across its fleet and internal operations.

The agreement will see Jifmar integrate more than 80 vessels into a single digital ecosystem aimed at improving data quality, fleet visibility and project preparation across its offshore activities. The companies said the move is designed to support more responsive chartering decisions and strengthen operational planning through structured data and AI-assisted analysis.

Under the partnership, Seavium’s platform will be used to enhance vessel-project matching, support commercial teams in assessing asset suitability and streamline technical data management. The companies added that AI integration will also extend to internal workflows across multiple departments, helping automate processes and improve coordination between technical, commercial and operational teams.

Jifmar, headquartered in France, provides offshore and subsea services including crew transfer, survey and support vessel operations. Seavium develops digital and AI-based tools aimed at improving chartering, asset utilisation and operational performance in maritime and offshore sectors.

The collaboration was facilitated through ZEBOX, the innovation accelerator launched by the CMA CGM Group, which connects established maritime players with technology startups to advance digital adoption.

Seavium CEO Adrien Barrau said the partnership reflects a broader shift in the offshore sector toward structured data and AI-enabled decision-making, while Jifmar said the rollout marks a further step in modernising its fleet and service offering.
