A Liberia-registered oil and chemical tanker, Vayu, has been placed under judicial arrest in Singapore waters, according to the country’s court listings.
Records show the vessel was detained at 11:29 AM on Wednesday (19 November) and is now held at Eastern Special Purpose Anchorage A – Grid 5517C.
The arrest was filed through the law firm DennisMathiew, which was named as the arresting solicitor.
