Molgas Energy Group has completed the full acquisition of Titan Energy Holding, parent company of LNG bunker supplier Titan Clean Fuels, following its earlier 45% stake.
The deal marks a major expansion of Molgas’ LNG marine fuel operations across Europe.
Titan, a leading independent supplier of LNG and bio-LNG, operates a fleet of small-scale bunkering vessels serving the maritime and industrial sectors.
Its operations will now merge with Molgas’ network in Norway and Europe.
The combined group manages seven LNG bunkering vessels and over 70 road-fuelling stations, positioning it as a key pan-European player in downstream LNG and bio-LNG supply.
Titan CEO Niels den Nijs will lead Molgas’ marine business, overseeing integrated ship-to-ship and truck-to-ship bunkering services across Europe.
