Stonewin has appointed Marianna Doumouliaka as Bunker Supply Manager as it expands its role in supplying marine fuels under NATO’s Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) programme.
The appointment comes after Stonewin was awarded six of the 12 global supply regions under the latest NSPA tender, the maximum permitted to a single contractor.
The award doubles Stonewin’s footprint compared with the previous 2017–2025 contract and reinforces its position as a key supplier supporting NATO naval and logistical operations worldwide.
Doumouliaka brings nearly 30 years of experience in marine fuel procurement and joins Stonewin from Centrofin Management Inc./Marine Trust Ltd, where she most recently led bunkering operations. Her background spans supplier negotiations, procurement strategy, dispute resolution, market analysis, chartering and operational delivery.
Stonewin said the appointment will strengthen its ability to manage the increased scale and complexity of NATO-related fuel supply, ensuring reliability and continuity across multiple regions as NSPA expands its global sourcing activities.
