Singapore’s total bunker sales rose 8% year-on-year to 4.82 million mt in November 2025, according to data released by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
Sales of conventional marine fuels accounted for 4.70 million tonnes, representing the vast majority of volumes supplied during the month and reinforcing the continued reliance on traditional bunkers despite the availability of alternative fuels.
Deliveries of alternative marine fuels remained limited. Biofuel bunker sales totalled 62,000 mt, while LNG bunker sales reached 55,000 mt in November. Methanol sales stood at 3,000 mt, reflecting early-stage activity in the emerging methanol bunkering segment.
