Bunkering firm ATH Trading has expanded its footprint in Angola’s marine fuel market with the deployment of a new bunker tanker, the ATH Catamba, to support physical supply operations in Luanda.
The 5,000 mt capacity vessel will deliver VLSFO and MGO, the company said on Friday.
The addition brings ATH Trading’s Angolan fleet to two, joining the ATH Lemba, which entered service in 2022
“We’re proud to announce the arrival of our newest tanker, the M/T ATH CATAMBA, now officially in Luanda and ready to reinforce our offshore supply operations along the Angolan coast,” ATH Trading said.
“This vessel marks a significant step in our long-term strategy to enhance Angola’s bunkering infrastructure and expand our role as a committed local physical supplier.”
