Saudi Arabia‘s bunker trading company Eleven Energy has appointed Konstantin Kaminski as Head of Technology, a move that coincides with the upcoming launch of its online procurement and trading platform, ElevenX.

The platform is due to go live on 5 January 2026 and has already signed up initial clients ahead of launch, indicating early demand for digital tools that bring greater transparency and speed to bunker purchasing.

Eleven Energy said ElevenX is designed to sit alongside its existing bunker trading operations rather than replace them, allowing clients to choose between traditional, relationship-led trading and a more automated, technology-driven approach.

Chris Todd, CEO and Group Director of Eleven Energy, said the appointment and platform launch form part of a wider effort to scale the group while improving how clients interact with the business.

The company added that the rollout of ElevenX reflects the broader innovation-focused outlook of Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal al Saud, whose involvement in the group supports technology-led transformation.

Further updates are expected in the New Year, with Eleven Energy planning additional office openings as it continues to expand its global presence.
