Bunkering firm Burando Energies has appointed Vasileios Analytis as its commercial director, effective immediately.
Analytis was promoted from his role as senior bunker trader at the company’s Dubai office, where he played a key role in expanding trading activity, strengthening client relationships and supporting profitable growth, Burando Energies said.
With more than a decade of experience in marine fuels trading, Analytis brings expertise in physical supply, risk management and market development.
In his new role, he will oversee commercial strategy for Burando Energies’ Dubai operations, including sales, trading performance, market expansion and strategic partnerships, working closely with the local and group executive teams.
