US-based maritime intelligence and analytics provider OrbitMI has appointed Andrew Redfern as Sales Director for the Nordics and Americas.
Based in Oslo, Redfern will be responsible for driving commercial growth across Northern Europe and the Americas, working closely with shipowners and operators to support the adoption of OrbitMI’s voyage optimisation, performance and reporting solutions.
Redfern joins from ZeroNorth, where he held senior sales leadership roles and led commercial activities across Northern Europe and the Americas, contributing to the scaling of digital bunker and voyage-related platforms. Before that, he held roles at Swire Bulk and Western Bulk, focusing on business innovation, analytics and vessel economics.
“Andrew combines deep maritime domain knowledge with a practical understanding of how operators make decisions day to day,” said Jack Liman, Chief Commercial Officer at OrbitMI.
Redfern said he was attracted by OrbitMI’s focus on delivering clear operational and financial impact through connected, customer-centric workflows.
